Hervorragend
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie haben sich sehr um Anliegen bemüht. Unser Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Aus der Dusche kam ein guter Wasserstrahl was nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ist in Mexiko.

Top Lage, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und viel Licht, kostenloses Trinkwasser, gemütliches rooftop
Manche Zimmer haben kein Fenster mit Tageslicht. Haben vor Ort in ein anderes Zimmer kurzfristig umziehen können, gegen Aufpreis. Das neue Zimmer dann mit Balkon. Leider keine Parkplätze für Hotelgäste - Parken nur mit Parkticket möglich

Sehr gut
Die Unterkunft war super sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und die Lage ist auch perfekt. Unser Zimmer war zwar zu der kleinen Seitenstraße ausgerichtet, dennoch konnte man sehr gut schlafen, da es keinen großen Verkehrslärm gab. Die bekannte 5th Avenue liegt direkt auf der nächst größeren Straßen keine 200m entfernt mit vielen Lokals und Restaurants. Der öffentliche Strand ist von dem Hotel auch super zu erreichen und liegt etwas abseits der ganzen Beach Clubs.
